The predecessor firm, Girma Tesfaye and Company had obtained a practicing certificate from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (U.K) and a certificate of competence from the Office of Federal Auditor General on August 7, 2002. Since its inception the firm mainly performed financial and investigation audits on accounts of its clients engaged in different industries as well as engaging in accounting work for selected clients. The firm was restructured into a partnership with effect from August 14, 2013 up on securing recognition by the Office the Federal Auditor General (OFAG) as level “A” firm.   (Please view the list of auditors in the website of OFAG which is www.ofag.gov.et )
